Morgan is thoroughly liberal. It's just that current TDS exceeds his tolerance for stupid political BS. He's trying, IMO, to get US Libs & Progs to stop making grossly obvious asses of themselves. And is receiving his richly deserved gratitude and reward from those same Libs & Progs.

Morgan is a liberal who's being mugged by fellow liberals, but I don't think he'll progress from being mugged into seeing how the muggings are consistent with Lib/Prog ideology, let alone turn from that ideology.
