primitives still whining

Oh my.

I think I shall start a pool--on what day will a primitive post the last "annul this election" thread?

I'm submitting September 29, 2022--if Skins's island hasn't already been shut down by the authorities because somebody there credibly threatened harm to the president.

The election was bogus and should be annulled.

7. Why do people keep writing stupid stuff like this?

There is no provision to annul an election
There is no mechanism for a do-over (other than waiting four years)
There is no way to disqualify a candidate
The Supreme court can order a new election
President Obama can't impose martial law to postpone the inauguration
It doesn't matter how many 'likes' you get or signatures on a petition.

There is no way to invalidate the results just because we don't like them ....
 Doesn't matter what Russia did
Doesn't matter what Dir Comey did
 Doesn't matter about voting irregularities
Doesn't matter what Trump said or did

Let's start organizing and getting progressive candidates on the ballot for every office in every city, county, and state!

This distresses you?

It's all you infants engage in, other than blatant lies.

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.

Particularly considering the huge numbers of donk senators up in 2018...ten of which are in states trump carried handily. Dear Lurking Duchebags, we only need 8 to be filibuster proof.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

2. This is what bothers me most about this whole mess.

Nobody.......absolutely nobody in this government has stood up to this egregious assault on the very foundation of our democracy.

It's like, "Oh well, guess Trump won."

No! He didn't! I've felt strongly since election night that the election was subverted. I don't think I can ever be convinced otherwise.

3. No Doubt

So was 2000 and 2004. And more.

Why so many are so blasé about this mystifies me. It iis undercutting our democracy....and proving Joe Stalin's point that the power does not lie with the voters it lies with who counts the votes.

Remind me again who was caught cheating during this election cycle?

14. And it pisses me off that no Democrat has filed a case

Win or lose, I know the RNC would have had a case filed if the tables were reversed.
I know there is no Constitutional solution.
I know we left the Constitution behind long ago.
It is not "magical thinking" to express what I believe to be true.
It is magical thinking to believe the system will fix itself.

16. I can't believe that if enough people demanded it

we couldn't stop this presidency. If I had more than 4 followers on Twitter I would try to get #do-over or #electiondo-over or #stoptheinauguration or something trending. Anything that would give millions a voice to try and stop this madness.

I don't want to hear one more person say it's stupid or magical thinking. Doing nothing is worse and I'm beginning to question the motives of anyone who tries to shut us up with a giant stinky lecture about what we can't do.

15. Well I for one wish Obama would declare martial law indefinitely. Don't give a damn about repukes reaction.
The POS that was "elected" is a lying conman, clown and probably belongs in prison (treason) rather than the white house.
