Oh, yes....just like Caligula. Sadly, Trump doesn't own a horse to make a Consul, so perhaps Hillary's political career may still have some life left in it as the horse's stand in...or, at the very least, as a stand in for very specific part of the horse's anatomy. After all, she did win the popular vote and should get something as compensation.
