Let's say the Stein recounts reverse MI, WI, and PA

and the EC vote swings. Are we finally ready for Hillary?

38. She can reverse MI and WI by recounting the votes.

MI has paper ballots and WI has ballots and voter-verified paper trail audit printers. Will they have been tampered with? Probably, but that should be revealed in the audit. PA might be more of a challenge but if malware can be found, or some clear evidence of tampering, and it's claimed that the Russians done it, I'd think the citizens of PA might agree to a fresh election. Yes it's unprecedented, but so is "Russian" vote-reporting fraud.
Here's the problem, Dummy: Trump's current 290 electoral votes do not include Michigan's 16, which will be officially awarded on November 28. Trump leads here by about 9,000 or 10,000 votes. Even IF the Recount Fairy blesses you by awarding his EV to Hillary, his total will STILL be 290. IF the Recount Fairy doubly blesses you by overturning Wisconsin, where Trump leads by 22,000 votes, his EV total is reduced by 10, and he would STILL have 280. IOW, overturning those two states will do nothing, NOTHING to change the outcome of this election.

Nothing happens without Pennsylvania and, as you admitted, "PA might be more of a challenge." A "fresh election" is unlikely to happen, and probably would create a little Constitutional problem.

Furthermore, the Rs are not going to roll over and die. With rumors swirling of illegal immigrants and dead people voting, you can bet that every single ballot cast in the entire country will probably be scrutinized. You might be willing to put the country through this, but sane people won't.

Give it a rest.

That "fresh election" fantasy is laughably stupid.

The DUmmies are proof of the adage, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

See Bush v. Gore (2000), DUmmies. The determination of controversy as to appointment of electors in 3 USC section 5, and the date of the meeting and vote of electors in 3 USC section 7, are fixed, and any challenge must be completed prior to six days before the electoral vote.

Hillary and her phalanx of lawyers know it, and they know that no challenge of a state's votes would be resolved prior to the date certain; and they further know that no current challenge would result in Trump losing sufficient electoral votes, plus Hillary gaining enough, to change the outcome.

So... suck it, DUmmies. There is no Deus ex machine which will catapult Felonia von Cankles into the White House.

One must wonder how much pain killer and heroin sales have increased since the election.

Given the quantity of DUmpmonkeez still in total denial, I would guess they have risen tremendously but as they are still posting, apparently not enough.

They know none of this is going to work - the point is to start rumor, and it will soon be regarded as fact. The point is to delegitimize Trump's win by creating a false narrative.

Stein said that Hillary would start WW3 if she were elected, but now she's trying to help her win?

Only liberals could be this gullible.

I'm probably wrong, but, I think this Stein person has to show how/why a recount would effect HER chance of election.
Any thoughts on that would be appreciated.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

It has zero chance of helping her election chances, but 100% chance of her getting some graft out of it. She's probably washing some of the money now so her shell operation can close on the Ojai property she's had her mind on.

From what I understand, PA would be almost impossible to recount and there are a lot of legal hoops to got through to even attempt it.  Michigan was just done.  What do they intend to do there?  The legal tie-ups alone, would push it well past the date of the electors final vote and I understand that it has to be accomplished six days prior to that.

That's the consensus.

There's a tin-foil thread at FR (but, there's appearance of validity) that it's being funded by a $oro$ bot.

I wonder if they see the insignificance of this whole exercise?
I mean, even IF their claims are true, we are talking about a .08% "popular vote" lead.
And quite frankly, if all the absentee ballots were counted, that too would evaporate in all likelihood.
