There is only one reason to have to use these fee services and that is because one is about to have service cut off or is likely to have a late fee tacked on to the bill. So what the DUmbasses are basically saying is that they don't want to take responsibility for their actions (or inactions). Imagine that! It would be much easier for the lazy bastards to simplify their lives by having the government checks they already get be doled out to the proper services they leache from. That's in the Constitution right?
The fees that really piss me off are all the new taxe....fees that city, county, and state are coming up with. There is a new fee every time I turn around. All these fees have to do with infrastructure already paid for. I would like to not pay them but the government will forcibly extort them out of me.
