HOOPER, Utah —  A farmer has erected a fence in his backyard made of three old cars sticking up in the air to send a message to new neighbors that he can do whatever he wants on his farm.

My neighbor offered to buy part of my property.  He wanted to pay about 25% of it's value and the area he wanted to buy would have cut me off from the road entirely.  When asked why he wanted that part of my land, he said, "because I don't want any neighbors".   

Maybe I should put up a row of cars.

Its is Fox who called it a Stonehenge -- it is just a fence made from 3 cars to teach his neighbors a lesson.
