Sadly, the young Dad who was in the hospital has died, a saddened Thanksgiving for a lot of family and friends.
Here's a local newspaper article about the young woman who had lost her legs and wheeled and walked 5K at a Turkey Trot. I don't think I saw her, but I did the 10K in that same event. Her start time was half an hour before mine.
Real life momentous events like these and the people walking through them show me just how puerile the whines of sore losers like these DU-folk and all the other Hate-Trumpers really are.
