Muslim student admits fabricating story about attack by Trump supporters

A Muslim college student is admitting that her claim about two Donald Trump supporters attacking and robbing her was fabricated.

The anti-Trump media was all to eager to run with her claims on Thursday:

A female student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette was beaten, robbed and had her hijab ripped off by two men, one of them wearing a white “Trump” hat, police and university officials said. …

But as police investigated, the woman’s story fell apart hours later because it was, in fact, a lie.

“During the course of the investigation, the female complainant admitted that she fabricated the story about her physical attack as well as the removal of her hijab and wallet by two white males,” the Lafayette Police Department said in a news release quoted by The Advertiser.

The ACLU, which seized on the woman’s claims, didn’t back down even after she admitted they were a hoax.

Considering how many time we have heard of muslim hate crimes which turn out to be false and some even committed by muslims themselves, the fact is wrapping bacon around door knobs seems to be the worse crime against them.
