I remember Clinton's closing remarks during one of the democratic debates; it was literally nothing but enumerating all of the dreadful things that would happen if we elect a republican president.

Why is it okay for them to suggest that with Trump we'd always be on the brink of disaster, that republicans want to set us back to medieval times, and a host of other things, but when Trump discusses terrorism and immigration, it's fear-mongering? Why is it okay for democrats to catastrophize?
