Snip: Blood, a registered Democrat, faces an uphill battle in the Republican-leaning district and also lags in fundraising. Garrett had about $11,000 cash on hand for the period ending in mid-June, while Blood had about $1,200. The next finance reports are due next month.

Of the 23,105 registered voters in District 3, there are 10,240 Republicans, 6,749 Democrats, 5,854 nonpartisan voters and 262 Libertarians.

Both candidates are asking voters to look at their records and experience before heading to the polls.

To be fair, Carol Blood is not associated with the Blubbering Buffalo of Bellevue. It looks like Steve is trying to hitch his manure wagon to her star.

She has been on the Bellevue City Council since 2008, but did nothing to help Steve Dawes get elected.

Her biggest achievement on the City Council was to organize the local Farmers' Market. Not much to brag about, really.

You know, posting fund-raising threads for Democrat, liberal, and primitive candidates is the big guy's favorite thing to do; in fact, it's about the only thing he does any more, as if these threads have an impact on candidates' and causes' bank accounts.

The big guy self-admits that he suffers from dementia, which makes him do and say stupid things.

I'm always on the lookout to see him, in the throes of dementia and confusion, mistakenly post a fund-raising thread for an (R) or conservative candidate.

If he's as sick as he insists he is, it'll happen sooner or later.

It looks like a very nice farmers' market. The World-Herald was impressed by the soaps and baked goods, and had a picture of a smiling woman buying lettuce.

Let's see if the Wizard of OS can waive his magic wand and get free mini-tacos and some metal American (union) made lawn sign holders to donate to the candidate. Give it a boost.

Oh and another thing, the Big Guy might consider setting up a go fund me site for Ms. Blood.
