Do you remember just a few months ago in the spring when Hillary denied that the FBI was investigating her use of emails from her private server when she was the SOS by saying that? Remember how Debbie Wasserman-Shultz went on tv and adamantly denied that the FBI was investigating Hillary Clinton by repeating the very same phrase? Remember how Hillary’s entire campaign staff said there was “nothing to itâ€, referring to the FBI’s investigation, saying that it was “just a security reviewâ€? The echo chamber that resounded from Hillary’s campaign all said the same thing . . . “it’s just a security reviewâ€.
A security review?
Well, as it turns out, we just learned yesterday for the first time that the FBI has found 14,900 more emails than Hillary even claimed to have had on her computer server. The FBI not only reviewed the 55,000 emails that Hillary turned over to the FBI, but they found ones that she had deleted. She deleted them on purpose, and it was not because they were “personal†emails. It was not because they were just emails about Chelsea getting married. Or about Chelsea getting pregnant.
No, it was not a security review, after all.
It was, in fact, a full-blown investigation by the FBI.
Yet, Hillary lied about it.
Are you surprised that she lied about it?
Any other candidate would be forced to step down and quit the race in the face of a scandal of this magnitude.
It would be humiliating to her personally, sure, but it would be the right thing to do.
So, since it would be the right thing to do, don’t expect her to do it.
Because, this election isn’t about you . . . it’s about her.
It’s only about her.
And it has always been only about her.
