Anybody know where Vilsack is?

As somebody else here pointed out, does Clinton think she should worry about November or January? I think the latter, in which case energizing the populist anti-bank activist left is not a priority. I think Warren would be a great VP especially in the usual attack dog role, but it would signal that Clinton's braintrust, undoubtedly more informed and more savvy than me or anyone else here (unless we have high ranking insiders posting), are more worried about November than I am. A Vilsack or Kaine (planes are quick these days) pick would do less to excite me, much less to excite those further left on the econ front, but also be more reassuring about how the inner circle see the GE.

Vilsack would be perfect for conservatives & anyone anti-Hillary.  Bland, boring from a small swing state.  Perfectly qualified, but adds nothing to the ticket.  Maybe that's the idea.

Unless the partisan MSM are holding spots open on their Sunday AM talking head shows, either The SHREW isn't announcing till at least Monday, or she's blowing her PR timing. If the latter is the case, I'd be surprised. The Clintons all but invented the Friday evening docu-dump in the 1990s.

Granted, no clue when Trump announced Pence as VP.  But, to do this sort of momentous event means the Dems want no one to pay attention.  Adds to the speculation that Dem debates took place on nights that they really didn't want anyone to watch.

Also, Donald & Cankles are polarizing enough on their own.  No VP selection would move the dial.  Perhaps more will sit out the election or vote libertarian/ green.
