He's 30 and his mother is 55? I know it's entirely biologically possible, but it sounds like Mom made some unwise choices, and may not have been the wisest Mom, either.

"Manufactured Home Community"? Is that a euphemism for Trailer Park?

Sonny has to stay away from his Mom? If she owns the "Manufactured Home", does that make him homeless?

Sonny has to wear an alcohol use monitoring device? Not only does that suggest alcohol was involved, but that he has an established police record of doing stupid things while drinking alcohol.
