Weaver: "The intensity of our outreach to super-delegates will increase."

For those who don't know, whatshisname Weaver--Jim or John or Joe or whatever--is Methuselah's campaign manager.

1. Weaver is looking to cash in a little longer.

4. Why will he be doing that?

What on earth can he say? Maybe to apologize for demanding they overturn the votes of 3 million people.

9. He can say this: Hi, I'm Jeff Weaver. I ran Bernie's Senate campaign in 2008

and then spent the next 6 years running a comic book store. I'm smarter than you are so you should change your support from the candidate that won more states, more pledged delegates, more popular votes and switch to the candidate that has been attacking you and DNC as the Democratic establishment and whose supporters want to primary you and others like you.

That's the ticket....

PS -- I hope he held onto that comic book store because he's going to need to find a different line of work.

The primitive comment following ^^^ this one is a photograph of the Weaver guy--Jim or John or Joe or something--with three people in his comics-book store.

He has that usual-and-standard-and-average Vermont dude look--white hair, the chrome dome, just like Pat Leahy and Ben & Jerry and Bernie.  Why they all look like that, I have no idea.

14. Right. So all this uproar about the superdelegates yesterday is a phony double standard.

They are just mad that some superdelegates went with Clinton without their consent. Only superdelegates for Bernie are allowed. Those superdelegates will be pure and good and the process will be pure and good. But only if they go with Bernie.

16. I liked this interchange between Andrea Mitchell and Weaver a little while ago:

Mitchell: "Have you flipped any superdelegates yet?"

Weaver: "No."

Interesting take but never happen. Hillary: Hi xxxx, I heard you were considering selling your superdelegate vote to bernie. Let me remind you I have 900 FBI files. Thank you for your time, and have a nice day.
Liberals disgust me. (Now I don't have to remember to put it on each post).

Crazy Bernie is barking up the wrong tree.

Super delegates are county, state, and national party leaders - you know, the same people Crazy Bernie has spent six months calling corrupt liars.

The whole purpose of super delegates is to make it more difficult for a loud lunatic like Crazy Bernie to steal an election through demagoguery.

Obviously, and unfortunately, the GOP doesn't have super delegates.

And I can't understand why the Bernie bullies never seemed to "get it," the purpose of the superdelegates.

Yep, the democrats sure know how to thwart the will of the people. The GOP will probably change some of their rules before 2020 rolls around.

B-I-N-G-O!!!

It's all about the corruption in the democrat party. Of course in the last 16 years I have finally come to realize it is the same in the GOPe. It took the sledge hammer of the last 6-4-and finally the last 2 years.

See my sig.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Probably.  Still marginally preferable to HilLIARy, if only for the 2nd Amendment.
