This is the moment a New York man was caught on surveillance footage beating his wife's would-be-rapist to death with a tire iron.

Mamadou Diallo was parking outside his building when he got a call from his terrified wife saying a man had broken into their Bronx apartment and tried to rape her, according to police.

Surveillance footage from inside the Claremont Village building shows a half naked Earl Nash, 43, pacing by the elevator after fleeing from Diallo's sixth floor apartment, News 12 Bronx reports.

Mamadou Diallo is a hero for taking out the trash. 

It is unthinkable he is being charged in New York City. No surprise from a leftist Hell hole.
