Oh my.

And a name from the past too, during this, the 11th anniversary of the scam that rocked the internet.

I think SBS is stalling with a concession out of fear of his supporters reaction.

I imagine there is lots of discussion about how to time it to do the least amount of damage to the Dem party. Because SBS cares about defeating Trump in Nov, as he should.

But the Twitterverse and FB(if no where else) will implode with anger and hatred for SBS as soon as he throws his support behind Hillary. We know this.

I think Warren speaking out now is trying to soften the blow, but SBS knows he cannot control the angry mob he has created, and they will turn on him.

SBS supporters- how will you handle it when he starts campaigning for Hillary??

The reaction of the sore-loser Bernie bullies is utterly predictable.

1. Delusional

why should he concede?

He didn't "create" an angry mob. Where do you people get this crap?

106. Sanders earned his supporters votes, but doesn't own them.

If Clinton gets the nomination, a Sanders endorsement will have little effect on his supporters. Some will write in Sanders, some will vote Stein, some will vote Clinton, some will vote Trump, and a number will stay home. It's too bad they won't be voting Dem down-ticket, as a low turnout is going to ensure a down-ticket bloodbath for Democrats, but that's the result of having Hillary atop the ticket. You made your bed, you lie in it.

10. The writing is on the wall, grasswire. Many SBS supporters will view SBS support for Hillary as a

betrayal. They are so in denial he has already stated his support- that they ignore and refuse to address it.

They are going to have a hard time coping. I imagine they will try and "break Twitter" as if that will be an accomplishment or something.

21. Umhm. Hostility toward Hillary has burned hotter than loyalty to

Bernie for a long time now. He's probably strategizing about how to maintain a national leadership position when he's no longer carrying the lead torch.

Could he possibly transfer the hostility of virulent anti-Democrats to the GOP? I'd guess he'd have a better chance positioning as an inspiring leader to his far larger and more moderate block of followers who will be voting for Hillary but still wanting more. Love to be a fly on that wall. My other guess is that Bernie feels closer to the ones most likely to throw him under the bus for conceding any time this decade

23. Yep! So much irrational hate, he has lost his ability to lead already.

60. LOLZ. Sanders supporters still blind to the avalanche that would descend on Sanders.

7. My money is still on President Sanders. Hillary's legal troubles are going

to be keeping her busy -- 38 civil suits so far, plus the FBI's criminal investigation.

When he gives up, I'll give up.

12. Because SBS's supporters have never been characterized as an "angry mob"? SBS has said as much.

29. Your opinion is baloney

That's just not Bernie.

And you have no evidence to support your nonsense.

I think SBS is stalling with a concession out of fear of his supporters reaction.

His more avid fans might force The Bern to walk to an alternative entrance to a speaking venue? They'd do that? Hmmmmmmmm ... I can see the concern ...... The Bern might have to put a couple hundred yards on his walker if that happened! (And 220 yards is 1/8 of a mile!)

I think "bettyellen" (her or The CHILL's operative sock-puppeting "bettyellen") got that from reality. Maybe Matariki should leave his/her beloved :stoner: (does it have a "Bernie 2016" sticker on it?) and visit. It's a nice place, especially this time of the year.

I don't get this weird belief that he'll campaign for her. His whole stump speech has been "DC is awash in corporate money and Hillary is a corporate whore." That's why his crowds come to see him. He campaigns for her, he can't go near that stuff in the way he has.

Besides, she's going to want him out of the spotlight, and fast. Can't have his name being mentioned everyday as a reminder that he took her to the wire.

Maybe she could appoint him to be her Cookie-Pusher-In-Chief (aka SecState). She could keep him jet-setting all over the world (till he dies?) and away from public attention. Kinda like BHO did with her during his first term.
