Prosser is that "justice" that attacked another justice, physically.
http://www.democraticunderground.com/10141430335Wrong, DUmmy. Quit lying. Prosser is that justice that was physically attacked by another "justice." The crazy bitch Ann Walsh Bradley charged at him swinging and he simply put up his hands in an effort to keep the mad cow away from him.
Lurking primitives, educate yourselves:
Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser, accused in June of choking a female colleague after a verbal altercation, has been cleared of any wrongdoing by Sauk County District Attorney Patricia Barrett. Barrett was appointed as a special prosecutor in the matter earlier this month. In June, a sensational story about Prosser “choking†Justice Ann Walsh Bradley appeared in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, courtesy of the George Soros-funded Center for Investigative Journalism. National Review Online was the first to publish a full account of the events of June 13, which contradicted much of Bradley’s account. According to multiple sources who were actually there, Bradley charged at Prosser, fists raised, as if she were attempting to provoke a physical confrontation. Prosser then put his hands up to push Bradley away, making contact with her neck before Justice Patience Roggensack pulled Bradley off Prosser.

Anyhow, Prosser is leaving on his own terms and that makes for an opening on the court but--get this--
Walker gets to fill it.

Maybe that buck-toothed hag JoAnne Kloppenburg can make another run for a spot on the court someday but she is going to have to wait and she'd probably just get her doughy ass handed back to her again anyway.

7. I wonder if his abrupt & unexpected announcement has anything to do with his assault/battery...
..of another Justice. Perhaps his retirement is the condition for not filing charges or not prosecuting him?
Educate yourself, dipshit.
