The best way to catch the eye of your Lightbringer is to use Google to find his next public appearance; go there; and run toward him really fast while waving your arms and screaming "I have something for you!" To really stand out from the crowd, you should probably speak another language. Dd you know 'allah akbar' means 'I need to talk to you' in Spanish?  Really, it does.

It's cold outside, so you should wear a heavy coat. Be sure to wear a ski mask, too, so your face doesn't get cold.

It may be easier to be granted an audience with the dictator if it is facilitated by one of his kids so my recommendation would be to  show up at the school and wait until you have a chance to pull them aside for a conference.  :popcorn:
