The department on Monday released its largest batch of emails yet, posting 7,800 pages of the former secretary of state’s communications.

The latest batch contains 328 emails deemed to have classified information. According to the State Department, that brings the total number with classified information to 999.

The emails in question were deemed classified before their release by the department – and the former secretary of state has said all along she never sent emails with material marked classified at the time.

That may be true, but who removed the classified headers on the ones sent to her?  Then again, if she was the originator of an email that contained classified material, it was her responsibility to mark it. As Sec. of State, she should be able to recognize what is classified and what isn't.

The messed up thing is, if a private had done this,  his clearance would be revoked and he'd be doing time in leavenworth for it. But Hitlery does it, and its a non-issue.  :banghead:

The sat pics, no matter what the subject, are classified TS with or without markings, due to both time/date stamps on them and because the level of resolution of the intelligence sats is protected.  Apparently she was briefed on and acknowledged in her first week on the job, as a condition of getting access to SATINT.

Plenty of sat pics in her private server email, apparently.

IIRC, she also had to sign a form regarding all that info, too. There was also a non-disclosure agreement that she violated by giving her attorney access to the emails.

This is a thread I couldn't ignore.
And even though I have never been good at lurking in threads, this one I couldn't pass up.
I would love to see this updated on a daily basis if not weekly or even monthly.
I never believed 1 word of Hitlery's defenses of her email crimes.
I say she not only received emails that were marked for some level of security, but also sent or forwarded emails so marked on unsecure servers.
She may have also received emails that had classified marking removed prior to her receiving them, but she either knew or should have known their classification status without having them marked.
I also wouldn't put it past her to have received classified marked emails, and then removed their marking in order to forward them unsecure and give herself plausible deniability.
I also say she received and sent as well as forwarded emails that had no classification markings but that she knew full well, or should have known they were classified.
Every possible combination of infraction of security and classification was committed by Hitlery with her emails and servers.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about when I said she acknowledged it.  Nobody has personally come out of the dark to rat on her about briefing her and then her verbally acknowledging it, I don't think we'd see anything like that unless there is really a trial.  And with Obama as President and a Democrat AG, I don't expect to see her actually get indicted and prosecuted no matter how open and shut the facts might be.  At some point, the obvious political cronyism has to affect her election prospects among the swing voters, though the Dems, living and dead, will all pull the lever for her.

I think timing on this issue is everything. IF by the very slim chance she is forced to suspend her campaign or to step down, she is not going to go down alone...and...after the election Barry and Hillary will be ordinary citizens ... and prosecution will be a lot easier.

I can dream right?
I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed, a democracy in a republic, a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes. I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its laws, to respect its flag, and to defend it against all enemies.
