TLC has turned into a carnival side show.  You've got the bearded lady, the giant women, midgets, the morbidly obese, and families with enough kids to start their own sports team.  It's a sad mess.

NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

Quote
There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

I usually have it and/or Fox Business on in the morning to catch up on the world news, cluttered as F&F is with culture war BS and other silly crap.  CNN production values are too horrible to endure, and the fake intensity and Prog BS on the alphabet network show like 'Today' is too cringeworthy to handle.  I hardly ever waste any time on their evening line-up, though once in a blue moon Greta has something interesting going.  Can't handle O'Reilly at all.

Yet according to DU we're all tuned in to him and Rush all day, every day, for our orders.

I don't like Rush at all, either.

I watch "Ice Road Truckers", cuz I used to be a trucker, not of the ice road variety, although there were a few winters I could have made the case, and "Moonshiners", since I have friends and family in Franklin County, VA.

Outside of auto racing (F1, Indycar, NHRA, NASCAR), tractor pulling, or an old classic movie, not much else on TV interests me.

I get a few minutes once or twice a year when I walk in a place with cable TV and some DUmmie hasn't stolen the channel changer.

I don't watch FNC on TV - 2 jobs and no cable/satellite. I listen to reports from Fox News Radio as part of my show prep, and use sound bites in the program...

Holy cow! I am the eeeeevil Fox News the DUmmies are so afraid of!

Hmmmmmm ... you're giving me ideas. Next time I go to the gym and all the treadmills are occupied I might hunt down all the remotes ... changing all the TVs to Fox News might just empty enough machines for me to do whatever I wanted to do ... and I wouldn't risk anybody by throwing hand weights at images of Keithie or of Andy Cooper.

I don't watch TV at all, and only catch the occasional clip of fox/hanity/O'reilly/Kelly over the net. Mostly of the news I get comes from reading multiple sources, although I do listen to Red Eye Radio and Jerry Doyle.

I do watch it every day that either The Five or Outnumbered is on, because enjoy the fairly light hearted banter that goes on.  Gutfield works better as part of the five than as his own show host, and Dana Perino's love for the Bushes is kinda blatant, but understandable.  I've always admired Andrea Tantaros, Kimberley Guilfoyle and Eric Bolling.  The bloviating Bill O'Reilly is worse than Trump with his mouth and I think he's more of a narcissist, but NOT at all honest about it, pretending to be humble and all that shit.  I still like Hannity but this old lady gets up at 0430 or 0500 to walk one of the dogs 3 or 5 miles, and thus is fast asleep when he comes on.

All that aside, the days I don't tune in to FOX are not soul crushing. :-)

I rarely watch news, any news.  If something big is going on Fox is generally my first choice.

I, 1-1.5 hours of commute

Yikes, that is a long commute. I would be facing about the same if I took a job in the big city for more money.

As for Fox, I used to watch it almost every morning. I also like to watch Imus, but he is now gone.

Between Fox Business & Fox News, it's only a few days a month now. In fact some months it would be zero.

I do love her monologues, but I rarely catch her anymore when I'm channel surfing.

I watch Hannity when I can. Otherwise, not so much.

I would be interested to see their responses compared to ours.

I think they watch it far more than we do.
