I think what Skins needs to do is put up one of those boards that one frequently sees in the reception areas of governmental offices.
The first column's the list of employees.
The second column's headed "IN".
The third column's headed "OUT"
The fourth column's headed "WILL RETURN AT--"
This way, one sees who's in and who's away, and those who are away, when they'll be back.
It would save everybody a lot of time.
