I wonder if this is how the old saying, "Like shooting fish in a barrel" comes from. If the barrel is full of water and the fish is at the bottom of the barrel, hitting the fish is damn near impossible.

I wonder if any shoulder-fired weapon could do that. I guess maybe a .50 cal., but DUmp democrats for some reason assign supernatural power to the .223. To a DUmmy the only thing more powerful is an AK-47.
