It's an AP story but it's repeated here.....Muslim dude with nine kids leaves the USA to join ISIS in Syria.

I'm going with no, the muzzies shouldn't be refueling any transport category aircraft.
If they want to refuel small general aviation aircraft, let them have at it.
Very limited havoc they could wreak there.
