He hasn't been approved for Social Security Disability yet. It has been over a year since he applied. Bob's area has the longest backlog in the country.

Since his last request for help Bob has been in and out of the hospital a couple times.

He and his dog are out of places to turn for help. No Friends or relatives. Just us.

His rent is due Friday. He is out of $. His cupboard is bare. You get the idea.
