I recently participated in an exercise coordinated between HHS and my state. The scenario involved an anthrax attack on the state capital and the Guard has been called out to establish PODs (Points Of Distribution) as well as maintain security at the PODs.

Obviously they don't want to name a real-life nation as being responsible so the OPORD (Operations Order) it contained the following statement, "the strain of anthrax used in the attack has been traced back to Country X."

I blurted-out, "****ing X-icans!"

The dozen or so people in the room went wide-eyed in mortified horror before finally converting over to nervous laughter.
