I remember that song.
Not one of my favorites, but catchy and I did enjoy listening to it.
Pretty sure it was a 1 hit wonder.

When I was little, I got a quarter a week for an allowance.
A comic book as 12 cents, so were hostess Twinkies. and the penny left over went for taxes.

Perfect for a kid!
