O'Malley is a member of some ridiculous anti-Second Amendment group called 'Mayors Against Guns', or he was a while ago.  They were running PSAs on some nationally syndicated radio shows.

Hmm, just a wild guess here, but his protection detail probably carries locked and loaded.  I'd be more inclined to grant kudos to those who actually practiced what they preached for the little people.

I don't post often and I know this thread is pretty much over at this point, but I just wanted to say that as a Maryland resident, Martin O'Malley destroyed my state.
He was behind the rain tax, Handgun licenses, the Maryland Assault Weapon Ban, the tax we have now on gasoline, the abolition of the death penalty in Maryland, and many other leftist socialist policies.
He was such a bad governor that in the past election when he was term limited out of office, Maryland-a DEEP blue state- elected a republican as governor.
