Elmer, an Unterprimitive of no note
I'm a Caucasion, and therefore have a view based on my personal experiences (I'm 60 yrs OLD).
Elmer is a
Caucasian, but can't spell the word. He should have looked at his Eric Holder Signature Edition White Privilege Race Card for the proper spelling. He also fails to explain why his experience as a Mighty Whitey gives him any special insight. I'd say "with age comes wisdom", but that hypothesis remains unproven in the current example.
#1 - I find that bigots are programmed by their parents and/or respected friends and contacts.
Elmer said that his opinion is based on his
personal experience. So, Elmer is a 60 year old bigot, and has programmed his children, friends, and contacts - as he was programmed by his parents, friends, and contacts. Three generations of Democrat hate, on display.
That's right, Elmer is
that guy. I bet Thanksgiving dinner at his house is a scream.
#2 - I believe that all human beings should have inalienable rights. Those rights include not being ostracized for having different sexual norms.
Elmer, Elmer, Elmer. "Different sexual norms" is a self-contradictory phrase. If it's
different, it's not a
norm. That's just Aristotle 101. The proper term is "abnormal". If everybody felches gerbils, then gerbil felching is
normal. If you're the only one, then it's
abnormal. Right, Buzz? "Deviance" also works, because it
deviates from the norm.
Blind Squirrel Elmer very nearly finds the nut here. It's not "
should have unalienable rights", Elmer. Every man
has certain unalienable rights, among them personal autonomy, life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. Those are referred to as
natural rights, and they demand nothing from any other person or the State but to be
left alone. An important corollary right is the right of
self-defense, to protect one's personal autonomy, life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness.
But don't take my word for it. John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, Alexis de Tocqueville, Frederic Bastiat, Lysander Spooner, Albert Jay Nock, Rudolph Steiner, Ludwig von Mises, Friedrich A Hayek, Milton Friedman, Tibor Machan, Edmund Contoski, and Ayn Rand all had something to say on the subject, too.
The sexual deviant already has the right to put his sexual preferences into practice, so long as it does not
directly infringe on the personal autonomy, life, liberty, property, or pursuit of happiness of anyone else. If those sex acts involve another person or persons, then all other party/parties must consent, and be able to consent under the law; this is the natural result of the right of "personal autonomy".
Elmer's imaginary "right to not be ostracized", or forced
social acceptance, would make everyone else the slave of the person with "different sexual norms" - which is what we see in the government-enforced demand to "Celebrate Sodomy"*.
An additional point: Progressives, Socialists, and Fascists (BIRM) deny natural rights, and believe that rights are granted by the State, which would make them subject to the State's approval or sanction (the opposite of "unalienable"). Ol' Elmer may find himself in hot water with his fellow Proglodytes over his preference for natural rights.
#3 - I believe we need to go back to a liberal education model.
This is confusing. I assume Elmer lives in the United States, where public schools are organized, managed, and operated under a liberal model called "progressive education". The stink of John Dewey's intellectual bowel movement permeates every school board, administrator's office, and classroom. I'll chalk this one up to Elmer's insurmountable ignorance.
#4 - I believe bigots and racists should be ineligible for federal office.
Be careful what you wish for, Elmer. That would invalidate someone who said,
"I'll have those ******s voting Democratic for the next two hundred years", or an attorney general who kept a blackmail file of Martin Luther King's adulterous escapades with white women. It would also disqualify someone who called a man a
"****ing Jew bastard", or would say of a black politician,
"a few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee".
