I went through the Signal School POI before I posted. Throwing out schools that were not 'signal' those are the class times. However, yes, you are correct. She should come over and chat with members of the military who don't automatically call you a baby killer.

True, I would love to patiently listen and learn just what conceivable MOS takes that much time to train into but still leaves you as expendable as any E3 11B, 88M, or the miscellaneous MPs and straphangers in the convoy escort gun trucks, instead of being a FOB-rat like any other scarce, irreplaceable, and mission-critical MOS.

Well... there is that of course. It's one of the reasons I would love to hear her talk about being shot at all the time and multiple IEDs. Of course getting guns pulled on her by cops since she was 9 years old...
