This has got to be one of the worst examples of Police brutality and corruption that I have ever seen!
(Yeah, he wasn't killed but I'd bet at some point he wished he was!)
Even though this incident occurred a couple of years ago, I am posting about it now because the guy is having his lawsuit heard in April.
You couldn't script a movie this brutal!
