Obama to use prosecutorial discretion to OK illegal immigration.

Rush says Obama will claim it is within his power to use prosecutorial discretion when he makes his immigration E.O. speech.

That's great. I mean that's really great.....right....right?

It is in my book because, if they let him get away with that, then when I become president I can let you folks and others go out and kill DUmmies, hippies, liberals, communist, homosexuals, MUSLIMS and other assorted miscreants we don't like and promise not to prosecute....right.....right.....well, why not? Obama is doing it.

Interesting thing I've heard though, is that the next president could easily counteract Obama's EO with their own EO and use the information gained under Obama's plan and deport the illegals.

So....................if the dems/libs are ok with what Obama is doing on immigration does that mean when we get a Republican president in then that president can use executive order to say the mandate is no longer in effect?

We can only hope that a conservative gets nominated, but that isn't likely.

At this point, even if a conservative manages to do the impossible, get nominated, endure all the slings and arrows and go all the way to the center seat, it will not change the fact that the poor bastard is going to be undermined in everything he tries to do BY HIS OWN PARTY POWER STRUCTURE, before the Democrats ever get to take a crack at him.

Doubt me on this? Look at what McCain & Co. did to GW's administration, and Bush was only about as conservative as Harry Truman. Put a "REAL Conservative" up there and the long knives will come out.

Yes.  I think when Obama took office he reversed/erased/cancelled all of Bush's EOs.

The libs say we can't deport all the millions of illegal aliens.
But we could deport a million of them a year with the will to.

Sure, we can deport them.  Just shut off the jobs and benefits that brought them here.

They got here on their own, they can leave on their own.

Every illegal alien and their illegitimate child is a criminal in this country.  They need to be treated like one.
