I gave up watching "Sons" a few years ago when my DVR shot craps a couple seasons ago & couldn't keep up. Figured I'd eventually get around to the DVD's or Netflix, now I don't really have to.
I REALLY loved Sons for the first few seasons, then it was like, "Oh yes. This is a motorcycle club in a sleepy NorCal town that has links to the IRA, the Russian mob, drug cartels, and all street gangs. Riiiight. And in this tiny little town, which is always teeming with local and federal officials, dead people are stacked like cordwood but no one ever gets called on it." At some point the show reminded me of listening to a four-year-old tell a story: "And then a man, with a knife, came down from the sky, and then another man, who liked cheese, saw the man, and they had a fight, and then the man who won got up and went over to the mall..."
Good show, but with all those bikes, it was inevitable that they would find a shark to jump.
