How does this election effect you personally?

It's bad news for the entire world since we won't be addressing global climate change, we will be increasing our use of oil and gas instead of wind and solar, we will be dragging down every other economy as Republicans try to take us into recession by cutting programs.

That said - I'm probably OK on ACA - my youngest will age out of our insurance before the Republicans can change the law. But student loans? There goes any chance for any relief for at least another 2 years. And I still have 3 kids looking for work.

2. I think we are likely to have the most severe government shutdown yet.

We might actually default on something, which would send the markets and our 401(k)'s into a tizzy.

I also fear for my ability to purchase health insurance for myself and my children. I'm getting divorced, which will throw me off my wife's policy. At my age, I could develop a pre-existing condition any day. Both of my children already have them.

I think we might get a budget.  Scary, huh?

no doubt republican spending cuts will also further erode out infrastructure, so perhaps more potholes and flat tires.

oh, and if they win the presidency in 2016, i expect a full-scale depression by the early 2020s.

You might be right.  I'm already seeing full-scale depression at the DUmp.

The Republican response to that would be to double down on spending cuts and tax cuts for the wealthy. That would only make things worse.

I advised my brown-skinned daughter first thing this morning to finished her MBA as soon as possible, polish up her passport and get the **** out of the country, cuz we're goin' down.

Medicare is my primary insurance. Am I going to have it hanging over my head that those could be curbed and put me out on the street?

Lots of other unknowns lurking in their pointed heads that may hit me or my family.

You don't have to worry about those wascally weeethuglicans coming after your SS and Medicare.  The Obumblecare death panels will do away with you long before then, useless prole.

50th, nationally, in wages, 49th in education, 47th in health care. According to the ruling junta, these numbers are just peachy key.

This would be a great area for solar, we get about 240 sunshine days a year but I never see any solar setups around like I did in Maine.

Apparently, DUmmie nunblock wasn't alive during the first Barry term, (aka, the Carter Years). 

Potholes were so bad, the running joke of the day was the Russians thought we were putting missle silos in the middle of our interstates.

But since the beginning of the Reagan Boom and the Great Bush Prosperity, people have forgotten what it's like to have potholes on interstate highways.

Perky, I drove the Turnpike BEFORE it was 4 lanes, he section just south of Beckley was so rough, I would drive downhill in the uphill lane (if there was no oncoming traffic.LOL).  I've raced motocross on tracks smoother than that highway!   

I also made my quickest trip southbound on the Turnpike while it was a 2 lane road.  Charleston to Princton,  88 miles, in 64 minutes.  I knew every pothole in that road, many I even named!  LOL
