He's got foot-in-mouth disease caused by ingesting massive amounts of toejam. The limping is the result of all that cheese being converted to sugar.

Either that or he can't find his pecker any more and he's suffering from depression.

NAH, Kim is being poisoned by every NK Doctor he has.   They go the slow route and figure on a 5 year time line to take him out.

Why his doctors ??  Hard to find anyone in NK whose family or friends Kim or his father has not sent to the camps or the fireing squard.    These Asians will sit back and wait for 80 years to get even with anyone that harmed their family in the past.

Reason NK and Japan will never have peace,   Too much baggage from WW2.
