The ISIS terror group has published a video titled "A second message to America," showing the beheading of American journalist Steven Sotloff.

The video also threatens the life of British captive, David Haines.

Sotloff speaks to the camera before he is killed, saying he is "paying the price" for U.S. intervention.

The masked ISIS figure in the video speaks to U.S. President Barack Obama, telling him, "Just as your missiles continue to strike our people, our knife will continue to strike the necks of your people."

That he knew is assuming he has ever read the PDBs that he is given. More likely he got a condensed version from Valerie Jarret and the bitch left out anything to do with Muslim terrorists.

I think they are now coming out with this info, so it makes it look like they weren't uninformed about ISIS.  But it makes them look worse. It makes the entire administration look incompetent.

If you watched The Five yesterday, you saw Dana Perino state that this revelation amounts to a minor revolt of both the military ('we have no plans for dealing with ISIS') and the intelligence communities.  I hope that this is what is going on.

And, I fully agree with Phil Robertson on this issue.

“Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson has a prescription for how to handle Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant militants: “Convert them or kill them.”
 
Appearing on Fox News on Tuesday evening, the reality television personality quoted several verses from the Bible and asked why ISIL harbors hatred for the U.S. even as the military has increasingly withdrawn from the region.

Host Sean Hannity argued that ISIL is “at war with us” and creates a significant threat to the U.S. and Israel, regardless of how the Obama administration or the American people view the group.

ISIS needs to be treated to daily gun camera videos of their forces' last moments before meeting their Creator. Maybe with occasional drone videos of ISIS leaders being "martyred". Just to let them know how well their video propaganda war is succeeding.
