Just seen Chelsa Handler on the Today show....what a riot....they were talking about her new book..Are you There Vodka, It's me Chelsa

She said it's never too early to have a drink!

It does not feel like a Friday.  I woke up today and started looking at the radio schedule for Saturday.  I was expecting to hear Car Talk on NPR. :thatsright:

It's not even noon here.

My mom had surgery yesterday in IL and I have found it hard to sleep worrying about stuff....so my back has went into major spasm due to the lack of sleep....maybe a drink would help at this point.

we read this horrible book in our book club. i know i am not her demographic, i guess im about ten years older than she is ... but still. her schtick is just old.

she has this one bit about finding her boyfriend in bed with a dog..

and another bit about a skit she does on her show where she's a policewoman, stopping people at a wine tasting event. she 'pulls them over' with a breathilizer, which is actually a midget woman she holds up in their faces. they are to breath into the midgets face and she detects who is 'walking and drinking' ... i dunno.. maybe the midget one is funny. but she has this whole weird thing about midgets... but everyone  i know thinks she's hilarious.

Yeah, the midget thing and other stuff sounds weird...I agree.

She also wrote the book about "one night stands"...not sure how many she had...but she wrote about them...

She was funny on tv today...but that was just a couple of minutes, she was trying to get the hosts to have a drink with her and they would not...LOL

she definitely likes to drink.. and she rolled up a 'fatty' with her dad at the end of that book you mentioned up above..

unless its all just a character? i dunno...
