An Example Of A Professional Journalist Plying Her Trade

Checking small forums due to the absence of any entertaining DUmmies in GD, I ran across one of those rare times when nutcase nadin graced the California forum with her keen insights.

For anyone aspiring to be a pro journo, this is how one writes:

And... I hate it when City Councils do what SD City did today

we are voting on how to change the charter, but we are really not, and we should... because the Filner Crisis was...

Usually government sausage making is not this unclear, but the short of it... perhaps by 2016 we will see a ballot measure adding reasons to remove public officials. And yes, mud would be clearer. I just finished going over tape and putting the story together for my blog and Jaysus, it was clear as mud still.

Well, the one for the morning is easy peachy and soft, and cuddly. (And damn well deserved)

I apologize. An amateur should not even try to read that.

It could cause a brain hemorrhage or something.

So Filner's legacy is now considered a crisis.

That's as far as I got, but that's still good to know.

2. They are going to change the charter

It is a grand jury recommendation. They are adding ways to remove officials. If you are a San Diego resident, it is coming to a ballot near you. Why I quoted the findings. But they were not that clear.

At times they can be frustrating.

At least she clarified things with another post. Well, maybe not.

I do wish this thread on DU would take off and grow. If so, I think I'd try to score an interview with my fellow pretend reporter.

I've got a headache now, and my "Nadinese to English" translator program replied with "WTF!!!" and is demanding combat pay.
