I seriously wonder how a guy like Tom 1--married her in the first place, 2--stays married to her.

She has to be holding some seriously incriminating photos of him.  There's no other explanation.

Nah, I know some guys off his boat, although I'm not sure if it was the same timeframe.  They're perfectly normal.  Or at least as normal as submariners can be.
