I am sure Tom can afford to send her to a get her hair done, enroll her in a gym to get in shape. She dresses like a street person, not at all like a professional person would dress.
As for her photography, a few classes at a JR. College would help that, what is the good of a expensive rig when the user does not how to use it?
A good wig, some makeup and decent clothing would help her gain credence in her JOB.
