Just participated in a political poll
« on: January 06, 2014, 09:25:13 PM »
And I'm pretty sure it was commissioned by some liberal outfit.

Crappy push-poll questions talking about GOP obstructionism and Obama's willingness to work with Congress or acting when Congress won't.

Other questions were just plain stupid, like, "How strongly do you credit Obama's policies with encouraging Americans to hunker down and save their money lifted us from the economy?"

I told the pollster, "People not spending money IS a recession by definition so how could that lift us from a recession? If his policies encouraged that -- and I believe they did -- then he didn't lift the country from recession, he made it worse."

But that wasn't an option for an answer.

I felt bad for her because I kept telling her the questions were stupid and inaccurate so any answer was ridiculous. The pollsters aren't told who commissioned the poll so they cannot bias the questions.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Did you catch the name of the pollster?

I got a call from my bank asking a bunch of customer service questions after I had opened a line of credit with them a few months earlier.  It was obvious they had outsourced it to a call center that did nothing but outgoing calls.
