My friend whose 23-year-old son has brain cancer says Obamacare is great for her son because he'll never be turned down because of his pre-existing condition.
My question to her (thinking out loud only) is at what cost will that insurance be to him? I would be worried the monthly premium would be the same or more as a house payment. As he grows older (he is doing very well at this point) and perhaps has a successful career, isn't it possible the cost of his premium will preclude him from ever being able to afford a house, kids, wife, etc.? If he gets subsidies, what incentive does he have to use his God-given talents to be a productive member of society?
These are questions no DUmmie seems to ask, or even seems to care about.
