I'm surprised "In a psychiatric ward" isn't an option. That is the best place for her. Thanks the ACLU, people like her, that are clearly in need of services and unable to meet their own basic needs, have been cast to the street.

Even if her laptop got stolen, the libraries have computers you can use while you are there.
