Obama has been hammered for being unaware of potential glitches that disrupted the launch of the online marketplace for Americans to browse and purchase health plans. If the organization you are the head of has been hiding information from me for five years, I would almost certainly fire you. However, political considerations may mean that I might not fire you, but I am not going to put you in charge of examining all the activities of that group to find out what is going on. That's even dumber than putting the fox in charge of henhouse security. That is putting the fox in charge of investigating how henhouse security was breached.
