pukes in congress is where the problem lies and no amount of trying to shift the blame to president Obama will change that.
this article is bullshit as far as I'm concerned.

142. Leaves out the fact the Republicans were holding something else hostage

as they always do. They are at an advantage when it comes to not raising the debt ceiling, not passing a budget, causing government shut down, which they do every single time it comes up under President Obama. We should have his back against the Republicans. That might get us somewhere.

Hey dummie? The gop was in the minority in congress for the first two years of obumbles term. Did they want to help revive the economy? Nope. They passed obumblescare. You cannot blame this on the gop. No, no, no!!!! The blame lies with obumbles and the dem party.

Lie and spin all you want, dummie. Facts don't lie. The facts say that the obumbles admin has hurt the middle class. If the MSM had one ounce of intregity, or even did one half of the sob stories about people losing jobs during the booming economy of the Bush years, he would be back in Chi-Town organizing a community.

Get off the hopium and open your eyes loser. It is people like you that are getting hurt the worst.

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.

You have to admit that the middle class did shrink while Reagan and the Bushes were in office. Millions of them moved into the upper middle class.

36. The President meant well...

But he surrounded himself with the "wrong" people, the same people that caused the problems in the first place. That did not help.

If he had appointed different advisers, with a more Democratic bent, he could have accomplished a whole lot more than he has at present.

As it is, the poor and the working class are in an even deeper whole than before.

I would blame the President for a lack of understanding about economics and wealth transfer.

God, what a drooling cretin.

King Hussein was elected to be the Chief Executive of the United States (Article II, Section 3 of the US Constitution), and the chief prosecutor (Attorney General) reports directly to him. His Constitutional duty is to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

King Hussein took upon himself the powers of the legislative and judicial branches; so he is, in fact, a dictator.

Every time I see the word dictator, I think of an old, marginally racist joke..

Buckwheat, Alfalfa and Spanky are in class, and one by one they are asked to make a sentence using the vocabulary word the teacher gives them. first up is Alfalfa, he gets the word 'moron' -and he quickly comes up with "Buckwheat's parents raised a moron of a child." which makes the teacher and the class laugh and laugh. next is Spanky, and he gets the word smell, and Immediately rattles off "Buckwheat needs a bath, to wash away his awful smell" and the teacher and class laugh again. When its Buckwheat's turn, he gets the word dictate - and after a minute or two of thinking Buckwheat proudly proclaimed "Spanky and Alfalfa think my dictate good !"

Alternative title: "Far left socialist bring about what far left socialism always brings."

We have the misery part of Obama's radical ideology. Soon the death part of Obama's radical ideology will be coming.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

"Our policies didn't work because we didn't have the right people in charge."

"We'll get it right next time."

It's reminiscent of the scene at the end of "A Bridge Too Far," where one general says "It was the radios," another says "It was the road," and finally the senior one says the tag line which really boils down to "It was really just a stupid idea to begin with, but nobody wanted to say so."

Employment gap between rich, poor widest on record

Quote
Rates of unemployment for the lowest-income families - those earning less than $20,000 - have topped 21 percent, nearly matching the rate for all workers during the 1930s Great Depression.

U.S. households with income of more than $150,000 a year have an unemployment rate of 3.2 percent, a level traditionally defined as full employment. At the same time, middle-income workers are increasingly pushed into lower-wage jobs. Many of them in turn are displacing lower-skilled, low-income workers, who become unemployed or are forced to work fewer hours, the analysis shows.

Dori,

That article is exactly what I would expect from the Associated Press.

Lower income is a natural consequence of being unemployed. That doesn't serve their class warfare narrative, so they reverse the poles.
