Yup he pulled out early over the protests of the Iraqi government in order to score election year points with his voting base.
He's about to repeat that mistake in Afghanistan with the same dire results.
IMO we'll be back in both countries cleaning up his mess before I retire.
I don't suppose it's ever occurred to the primitives that
they're the reason Iraq is a failure.
When we went in to liberate Iraq, we should've been allowed to do a complete job of it, but the primitives were whining and bawling about American "imperialism," causing disruption in the way the war was waged.
We should've done with Iraq what we did with Japan; we should've occupied the country and taken over its governance, and compelled the Iraqis to amend their behavior, to learn a respect for the rule of law. As was done in Japan 1945-1950, during which time MacArthur was dictator of the county, compelling the Japanese to become more civilized.
The primitives got only themselves to blame, for all our "failures."
