Putin may be a dick, but he has some class , whereas obama has none. Obama's probably pissed that President Bush has higher favorability ratings.

It does seem that way, but I think the real issue is just that Putin understands effective leadership and diplomacy about ten times better than Obozo.  KGB colonel vs. entitlement scammer, err 'community organizer,' which one would you put your money on to run a country effectively?
