8. Uh...Not Quite How it Works
   Reports are the water has already crested at St. Louis...the overflow from the Missouri, Illinois and Ohio haven't added to the mess. New Orleans is still another 500 plus miles from St. Louis...and the water will long have evened out by then. I'd be more concerned with a heavy rainfall on Lake Ponchetrain.
