He threatened to give Syrian rebels more weapons and also more hardware to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.
It's McCain who's the biggest proponent of the first, Obama is trying to dance around without doing it as much as possible without looking like an even bigger douchebag than he already does; on the second, there's hardware to Egypt, but Obama sure isn't acting like a buddy to the Bruthahood, it's all going to the guys who are shooting them (Of course, God knows where it will eventually end up).
I kind of liked Bolton's analysis of it tonight - Netanyahu is doing it for reasons of his own, which most likely involve building up a moral debt against the US, so later on he can say, 'Look, it failed, but we did everything you asked us to and more, and paid a huge political price with our voters....now YOU need to stand with us in a hard line to Iran.' While I think Bolton is correct on this being Netanyahu's diplomatic calculus, I think the Israelis do not really understand what a two-timing ***** demagogue Obama really is, and they don't understand that in dealing with a guy like him it won't matter what you did for him yesterday, you will go right under the bus if the Dear Leader deems it more expedient for
him.
