Why was there no national outrage for these kids?
« on: July 15, 2013, 11:59:48 AM »
In January, 2007.... there was a horrific event here in Knoxville. 2 really good kids, were carjacked, tortured and murdered. The last of the trials was just this spring due to a pill poppin' Judge.

There was no national outrage for them, like for Trayvon Martin.

There were no crime experts going on national news programs about the evilness of the murderers.

Bush was president at the time of the murders, but when the trials were going on, Obama was president.... where was his outrage for what happened to this two kids?

Oh... yeah...that's right... the murdered kids were white.

It was the murderers who could have been Obama's sons and daughter. He wouldn't want to align himself with them. Silly me for thinking he would side on any victim... :thatsright:

Here's a very good synopsis of the whole thing.... I will warn you.. it's horrific.

These kids parents were in the courtroom EVERY SINGLE day of every single motion, hearing, trial for the last 6 years.... unless/until there are appeals... they will not have to hear - or SEE pictures - of what happened to their children... again in a courtroom.

I have no doubt, those pictures are indelibly seared into their minds.
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

I remember that case.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

I remember that case.

It was discussed here at CC... since you aren't too far away, it may have made your news too.

The article I posted was quite "sanitized" from some of the others, about what all happened to those kids.
