Actually, what's interesting is that it's taken this long for these "documents" to appear in the data stream.  Especially when it was the 0-ministration itself that started this whole ball rolling by APOLOGIZING for SINGLING OUT CONSERVATIVE AND TEA PARTY GROUPS.
